CTET Admit Card 2024 OUT at ctet.nic.in: Download Link CBSE CTET December Hall Ticket, Exam City and Exam Date

The exam for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test will be held tomorrow. Those who have not downloaded their call letter yet should download it from the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in right away and plan their travel accordingly.

A seat indicating roll number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidates should find and occupy their allocated seats only. Any candidate found to have changed room or seat on his/her own other than allotted, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and no plea will be accepted for it

Now, The candidate must fully satisfy themselves about the accuracy of the answer before darkening the appropriate circle as no change in answer once marked is allowed. Use of an eraser or white/correction fluid on the OMR Sheet is not permissible as the OMR Sheets are machine gradable and it may lead to wrong evaluation for which all responsibility lies on the candidate/

The candidates will find the OMR Sheet placed inside the sealed Test Booklet. The seal will be broken/ opened by the candidates after the announcement by the invigilator and the OMR Sheet shall be taken out from the Test Booklet. Do not open/break the seal before the
announcement.

• Code like A, B, C or D printed on OMR sheet will be same as mentioned on Test Booklet.
• The OMR Sheet used will be of special type which will be scanned on Optical Scanner. The candidates should ensure that the OMR Sheet is not folded. Do not make any stray marks on the OMR Sheet. Do not write your Roll No. anywhere else except in the specified space in the OMR Sheet

No, sse of pencils is strictly prohibited. OMR sheets filled with pencils
will be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Candidates will mark the answers on the OMR sheet only after the announcement of the invigilator.

You must bring your own Balck or Blue ball point pen (Black/Blue) of good quality as this time PEN will not be supplied by the Board. 

The candidates are required to show, the Admit Card downloaded from CTET official website for admission in the exam hall. A candidate who does not possess the valid Admit Card shall not be permitted for the exam under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET December Admit Card on the official website of CTET i.e. ctet.nic.in. Applicants can use their application number and date of birth to get their admit card.

The overview of the exam scheduled to be held on 14 December for Common Eligibility Test (CET) is given below:

• Language 1 will have questions related to the medium of instruction.
• Language 2 will have questions on language, communication, and comprehension abilities, and it will be different from Language 1. 

The questions in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will focus on the concepts, problem-solving abilities and pedagogical understanding and applications of the subjects. The questions will be asked from classes 1st to 5th by the NCERT.

CTET Paper 2 will have 150 questions each carrying a weightage of one mark. The exam pattern is as follows:

Paper I is for Classes 1st to 5th. Students can check the number of questions, subjects, marks etc. below:

• Subject - Child Development and Pedagogy (compulsory), Mathematics (compulsory), Environmental Studies (compulsory), Language I (compulsory)  and Language 2 (compulsory)
• Questions - 30 questions for each subject
• Marks - 30 marks for each subject
• Time - 2 hours and 30 minutes

Central Board of Secondary Education is publishing the call letters of all the candidates who have applied for CTET Exam 2024 on 12 December. The admit card will be published on the official website CBSE CTET i.e. ctet.nic.in.

Applicants should carry the following documents at the CTET exam centre 2024:

1. CTET admit card 2024
2. One Photo ID Proof
3. One Passport Size Photo

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for the December Cycle will be available on 12 December. Candidates will be required to download the call letter from the official website of CBSE CTET i.e. ctet.nic.in. The link will also be provided in this article.

The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on the educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years. It will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.

The following items will not be allowed at the exam centre:

• Any stationery item including paper, Geometry Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Eraser, Whitener, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard,  Calculator etc.
• Any electronic devices like Mobile phones, Pen drives, Bluetooth, Earphones, microphones, Pagers, Health bands, Bluetooth etc.
• Watch/Wristwatch
• Wallet
• Goggles
• Handbags
• Gold/Artificial Jewellery etc.

The exam will be held on December 14. However, if there are a large number of candidates in certain cities then it will also be organised on 15 December. Candidates can check the exam time and reporting time below:

A person who will secure 60% or more marks in the will be issued CTET Certificate:

• School management may consider giving concessions to persons belonging to SC/ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities etc.
• CTET score should be given importance in the recruitment process, however, qualifying CTET will not entitle any person to recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.
